Race Day Schedule and Information
Timings*
- Race Day - Friday 12th September 2025
- Registration 11.00am - 2.00pm
- Practice sessions – 12.00pm - 1.45pm
- Safety briefing 2.00 - 2.15pm
- Racing starts after the safety briefing
- After Race party @BoatHouse pub from 6.00pm
- Refreshments and Hot Food available from 11.30am

Important Information
By registering for this event you consent to photography and videos being taken and used by the Coracle Race Committee in (but not exclusively to) promotional and marketing media including social media, mailings, banners and leaflets.
There will be no parking available at the Pengwern Boat Club
However, please let us know if you require a disabled access pass. A map with suggested local pay and display parking can be downloaded below.
Registration and Disclaimer Forms
On arrival at the boat club please report to the registration desk. It is the team captain’s responsibility to ensure that the whole team has read the rules on the website and to make sure all the team members have individually signed the team disclaimer.
PLEASE NOTE, TEAMS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE WATER WITHOUT ALL OF THE DISCLAIMER FORMS INDIVIDUALLY SIGNED. (AVAILABLE ON THE DAY)
Practice Sessions
Practice sessions for all teams will be available between 12.00pm - 1.45 pm on Race Day. Team captains must ensure all team members are registered and have signed a disclaimer before entering the water.
You are advised to arrive early for the practice sessions.
